Homemade Paleo Flour

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour sifted
(fine ground)
1 1/3 cups tapioca flour/starch
2/3 cup coconut flour

Directions:

  1. Measure almond flour and sift it into a small bowl.
  2. In a separate medium bowl, add the tapioca flour, coconut flour, and sifted almond flour and sift all three together to combine.
  3. Sift the mixture two or three times to evenly distribute flours.
  4. Store in airtight container in the fridge.

 

Should last a couple months but not longer than the expiration on the almond flour.
