2 cups almond flour sifted
1 1/3 cups tapioca flour/starch
2/3 cup coconut flour
- Measure almond flour and sift it into a small bowl.
- In a separate medium bowl, add the tapioca flour, coconut flour, and sifted almond flour and sift all three together to combine.
- Sift the mixture two or three times to evenly distribute flours.
- Store in airtight container in the fridge.
Should last a couple months but not longer than the expiration on the almond flour.
