Tzatziki Sauce {Dairy-free, Sugar-free, Gluten-free}

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

2 containers (9-12oz) unsweetened AIR-approved coconut yogurt
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or crushed
1-1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 English cucumber 


Directions:

  1. Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Grate cucumber onto a paper towel and squeeze out as much liquid as you can, set aside. 
  2. In a bowl, add the coconut yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and grated cucumber. Use as a salad dressing or dipping sauce for veggies.

 

Tips:
