Refreshing Green Smoothie

This delicious and simple green smoothie recipe is perfect for a nutritious boost on a hot summer day!

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of packed spinach or greens of your choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp of honey or pure maple syrup, protein powder, powdered greens
