Step 1: To start, shake the can of coconut milk before opening. Then, add the coconut milk to a small saucepan (whisk to remove clumps if needed) and sprinkle the gelatin evenly on top. Let it bloom for 3–5 minutes.

Step 2: Gently heat over low, whisking until gelatin dissolves fully. Do not boil.

Step 3: Remove from heat. Add Chocolate Collagen, cacao, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until completely smooth.

2 scoops Dr. Nuzum’s Chocolate Collagen
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, add the coconut milk and sprinkle the gelatin over the surface. Let it bloom for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Gently warm the mixture over low heat, whisking until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not boil.
