Berry Banana Smoothie

This quick and easy recipe is a great addition to your breakfast! It's packed with nutrients to get you started on the right foot.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (optional, but a great way to sneak in some greens)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • A drizzle of honey or maple syrup for sweetness

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a to-go cup, and you’re ready to start the day with a boost of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants!
