Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items returned to us after 30 days of delivery will not be refunded.
Not every order is eligible for return. Please contact customer service to request a return.
Most returns will be credited in the form of in-store credit.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse, ordering by mistake, changing mind, nullified returns, incorrect address, etc.
Items returned without prior authorization from Dr. Nuzum’s Nutraceuticals’ customer service team or packages “Returned to Sender” may not be properly identified and may nullify or delay a return.
Any returned or refused shipments that do not reach our warehouse will not be refunded.
