Red Wine Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients: 

4 Tablespoons red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar

2 Tablespoons water 

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 

2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey

⅔ cup cold pressed olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced 

⅛ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Bragg’s Organic Sprinkle 24 herbs and spices seasoning (or herbs of your choice)  

¼ teaspoon sea salt 

Pinch of fresh ground pepper

⅛ teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)

Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together; 
  2. Pour mixture in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, mixing consistently for about 5-7 minutes (not on high heat).
  3. Remove from heat and let cool for about 15 minutes.
  4. Pour into a mason jar and shake a few times. 
  5. Let cool completely, about an hour, to allow all the flavors to integrate. 
  6. Serve over your favorite salad!
