Lemon Grass Ginger Ice Tea

This aromatic and flavorful iced tea is perfect for cooling down on a hot day. Enjoy the subtle blend of ginger and lemongrass in this refreshing beverage!


  • 8 cups water (4 to boil and 4 to add once cooled)
  • 4-inch piece of ginger, sliced
  • 2-3 stalk lemongrass, cut into 2 inch lengths


  1. In a 2-quart pan, bring 4 cups of water, ginger, and lemongrass to a boil.
  2. Remove the pan from heat and let the tea steep for about 4-5 minutes or until the flavor is as strong as you like
  3. Let the tea cool for about 30 minutes 
  4. Pour the cooled tea through a fine strainer into a pitcher 
  5. Add 4 more cups of water to the pitcher
  6. Cover the pitcher and chill the tea in the refrigerator until cold, at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve the ginger lemongrass iced tea in a glass, and enjoy!
