    What a wonderful Book! Many thanks. All the recipes I’ve tried so far are not only truly delicious and extremely easy to follow, but also full of great information as regards the benefits of the various ingredients. The rest of the book is a mine of information and I’ve learned so much in a very short time. The detox protocols are clearly explained and once I’ve finished the beginner one, I’ll definitely do the 21-day detox. Although my diet was already very similar to what you recommend, I see a marked improvement in my skin and energy levels, which is probably due to the detox supplements together with the highly nutritious dishes in the recipe section. I can’t thank you enough for sharing so much and highly recommend your book to everyone, especially to anyone cooking for a family. Mealtimes will be the highlight of the day!
