Cold Squash Soup (Summer Squash Gazpacho) Recipe
This is a recipe that is super easy to make in your very own kitchen, giving you the benefits of clean and healthy ingredients!
Preparation time: 5 minutes
1 large squash
½ C Avocado oil
¼ Cup water
1 Raw garlic peeled
½ large lime juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
- No cooking required! Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Add another ¼ Cup of water if needed, depending on how much natural water the squash has in it or the type of blender you are using. Fast speed blenders require less liquid. But you can always adjust the water for your desired consistency.
This is a summer favorite. Super easy to make! Very filling and refreshing.
